Sunny Sunday with Radio Maisha Gospel Flight

radiomaishaThe Radio Maisha duo,Jalang'o and Alex Mwakideu who host the station's morning show during the weekday's present a force to rekon with on radio. They have the ability to excite your avarage boring morning.Their fresh perspective as they probe the emerging social, governance and political issues amongst others has a taste of its kind.

However,I don't know which part of being a happy lot with the aim of making listeners have a great start in the morning calls for their seeming over-excitement which sometimes borders on noise- making as they, like little boys, shout alongside their shouting listeners. The noise almost borders the lack of finesse of character associated with backward and ill-exposed individuals. There is something juvenile in a rather good show that makes those who prefer a little toned-down excitement in the morning to shy away from tuning in to the show.As much as we need to rise up a little happy in the morning, controlled noise and emotions  in the morning is good to allow one think ahead of the starting day. This, notwithstanding, the duo are a happy lot and they are good at what they do.

And to add another feather to Radio Maisha's hat,I don't think there is any other radio station that is just great when it comes to its gospel playlist on Sunday tahn Radio Maisha.

Radio Maisha's gospel music that runs since morning till 2 o'clock, is like no other. It plays the most current songs while going back in time to play some of those tunes that touched the souls of Christians. It plays some of the studio releases that bear the mark of finesse in their production, composition, singing talent and rich content but which you might never get to hear on the other commercial-peppered stations.

Their gospel music is so good that I would rather close myself in the house and skip church and have a time of my life.I get lifted more than I do listening to the proud sermons of those begoted shouting reverands of the pentecostal congregations that I used to find fanciful then but not anymore.

Kuddos  to Radio Maisha.Your Sunday Gospel music is amazing, inspiring and sleek.I am yet to learn to stop wishing that everyday is a Sunday so that I have a taste of the same everyday.
